Colorado River	Organized September 23, 2000 to serve the area around Kingman, Bullhead City, and Lake Havasu City. Meets each month at 11:00 a.m., except for July and August, in Bullhead City, Kingman, or Lake Havasu City. Barry M. Goldwater	Organized Nov. 16, 2002 to serve the northern part of Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Fountain Hills. Palo Verde	Organized February 22, 1969 to serve the East Valley Communities of Ahwatukee, Apache Junction, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and Tempe. Saguaro	Organized April 17, 1965 to serve Glendale, Litchfield Park, Peoria, Surprise, Sun Cities, and Youngtown.
